The Cheer e-Card service should not be used for confidential communications - it is meant solely as a method of sending encouragement to patients in the hospital. Please do not include information of a personal nature or include any medical or diagnostic information. All messages are read and printed by our volunteers.
Inappropriate messages, including business solicitations or messages containing offensive or obscene language, etc. will be discarded at the discretion of the volunteers.
Unfortunately, we can only receive and deliver messages at this time - we are not able to provide a response back from the patient or provide outgoing E-mail services for patients. Patients may be contacted directly by telephone by calling the main switchboard at 530-541-3420.
