HOURS

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
After hours patient care: Nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week

• Provides skilled homecare under the supervision of the person’s physician

• The Home Health team is made up of the following specialties (state licensed, federally certified, and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations accredited):

• Registered Nurses

• Rehab Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy)

• Medical Social Workers

• Home Health Aides

• Available through a Physician’s referral

• Covered under Medicare, private pay, private insurance, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and charity care for those who qualify

• Covers the following areas:  South Lake Tahoe Area, Stateline, Glenbrook and Markleeville
