(South Lake Tahoe, CA) "Light up a Life" is an annual Interfaith ceremony that provides us the opportunity to gather as a community and honor those of whom we have loved and lost. Allowing each of us to reflect, as we share and pay tribute to the memory that still lives on within us.
Formerly known as the Tree of Remembrance, this year's ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception. Music and song will be performed by Steve Miller and Sean Cummings. Special handmade ornaments will be available for purchase. All proceeds will go to Barton Hospice services.
If you would like to honor someone, please fill out a card prior to the ceremony to include them in this special event. You will have the opportunity to read the name, or if you choose, a Barton staff member can read the name and you will have the opportunity to light a candle in their honor.
