The next 2011 Barton Health & Wellness Lecture will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Join Dr. Allison Steinmetz from Barton Internal Medicine at Lake Tahoe Community College (The Board Room) 1 College Drive, South Lake Tahoe, as she discusses perimenopause, which is the process of change that leads up to menopause. She will provide different remedy options, both natural and hormonal for menopause which is a natural part of growing older for women. Dr. Steinmetz believes that if women know what to expect, it can ease them into this new phase of life.
This lecture is part of the 2011 Barton Health & Wellness Lecture Series.
