GENERAL INFORMATION

• Assists in the management of the health of your business by improving the: health, safety and environment of people at work

• Multi-faceted programs, focusing on business-related health care & employment issues in the most cost-effective manner

• Available 24 hours a day with after-hours coverage from the Emergency Department
  Informed and timely care for employees with workers compensation injury, after initial treatment (if necessary) in the Emergency center

• Initial work injuries, if appropriate, may also been seen during clinic hours

WORKERS COMPENSATION TREATMENT

• For the Employer and Insurance Carrier

  • Immediate response regarding the injury and status of the injured worker

  • Modified work suggestions with clear instructions

  • Progress report after each visit

  • Customized services for employer and insurance carrier needs

  • Work Site Evaluations

• For the Employee

  • Initial and follow-up treatment for work-related injuries

  • Medications, physical therapy, occupational therapy or referral and assisting in authorizations to specialty physicians when indicated

  • Early work return with modified duties

  • Two locations with flexible scheduling for convenient follow-up visits

DRUG SCREENING PROGRAM (Our Staff is trained and certified)

• Work-related drug screen testing

• Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO)

• Work-related NDOT and DOT drug screens

• Hair testing

• Breath Alcohol testing

• Assistance in development of cost-saving programs for pre-employment, post injury, reasonable suspicion and random testing

• Federal department of transportation random drug and alcohol selection services
