Barton Health now offers a secure, easy way for patients to manage their healthcare online. R-Chart makes managing your healthcare easier than ever, allowing you to:
- Request prescription refills 24 hours a day
- Schedule or change your appointments at any time (You can also view a list of your prior visits as well as any future visits you have coming up)
- View recent personal medical records from home
- Access certain test results online, as well as recent visit summaries
- Email your healthcare team securely and privately
In addition, the entire Barton Health network is now able to communicate live on the electronic medical record system (EMR). This means that no matter which Barton location you visit, your important information will always be available to the healthcare team who is caring for you, such as prescribed drugs, blood type and health history. This results in less paperwork at office visits, saving valuable time at the doctor's office and in an emergency situation.
Getting Started:
In order to use R-Chart, you must receive from your clinic an R-Chart access code. You may request this at your next appointment. After receiving your R-Chart access code, click on the button below to log-in.
