    • Generous ETO program where first year employees can earn up to 180 hours of time off for sick days, holidays and to take advantage all of the wonderful benefits of living in South Lake Tahoe. The ETO accrual rate also increases with your years of service with Barton Health.
  • Jury Duty Pay
    • Barton Health is proud to support our employees in the fulfillment of their civic duties. Employees serving as jurors, or as witnesses in accordance with legal obligations, will be paid at their regular rate of pay for any scheduled shifts which cannot be worked due to their service.

    • Barton’s Employee Assistance Program is administered by the Holman Group. The EAP is a service offered to all Barton employees and includes a range of confidential services and resources to help with problems employees face in their day-to-day work and family lives.

    • Eligible employees who experience a catastrophic or financially devastating situation may take advantage of Barton Health’s Friend in Need program. The Friend in Need program is funded by employees for employees for the express purpose of assisting our co-workers who experience unfortunate and unforeseeable financial troubles.
