Find Breast Cancer Early
Changes in your breasts - whether you're a man or woman - can be an indicator of breast cancer or other medical issues. It's important to be self-aware of what is normal for your breasts, so you can spot any changes right away. Call your doctor if you notice changes like:
- A lump
- Nipple discharge (other than breast milk), especially a bloody discharge
- Swelling
- Changes in size or shape
- Skin irritations such as redness, thickening or dimpling of the skin
- Swollen lymph nodes in the armpit
- Nipple problems, such as pain or redness
Discuss with your OB/GYN your schedule for mammography screenings, and if 3D mammography is the best option for you.
