Mental Health Spring Cleaning

Tracy Protell, MD
Checking in on your mental health is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Take a blank page to a place you feel calm, and jot down your feelings to help declutter your mind with the following questions.

Questions:

  1. One good habit I'd like to pick up
  2. One thing I can do every day to build my habit
  3. Three things I'm grateful for
  4. Somebody safe I can reach out to when I'm in a bad place
  5. My fears
  6. Three ways to change the situation or distract myself from my fears
