Mental Health Spring Cleaning
Tracy Protell, MD
Checking in on your mental health is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Take a blank page to a place you feel calm, and jot down your feelings to help declutter your mind with the following questions.
Questions:
- One good habit I'd like to pick up
- One thing I can do every day to build my habit
- Three things I'm grateful for
- Somebody safe I can reach out to when I'm in a bad place
- My fears
- Three ways to change the situation or distract myself from my fears
