Light Up a Life: Remembrance Ceremony

The community is invited to gather and celebrate the memory of loved ones. Light up a Life is hosted by Barton Health’s Hospice staff annually to honor those we have loved and lost.
Light up a Life is a nondenominational ceremony that will take place on Wednesday, December 3rd from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. in the Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe. Light refreshments will be served.
Barton Health’s Hospice staff will share readings and a remembrance message. Attendees will have the opportunity to reflect and acknowledge those who have passed. The event will culminate with the lighting of a tree decorated with photo ornaments honoring Hospice individuals lost this year.
If you are unable to attend, but would like to share your honoree, please provide their name to Barton Hospice prior to the event and staff will graciously read out loud the honorees’ names.

Barton Hospice provides comfort and relief of symptoms for those who are terminally ill. Hospice works with each person, their family, and their physician to determine the most beneficial treatment.
