Financial Arrangements
Lake Tahoe Surgery Center accepts most types of insurance. Preliminary insurance information will be obtained from your physician’s office at the time your procedure is scheduled. A staff member may contact you to discuss your insurance coverage prior to surgery. Payment of your coinsurance payment and deductible is expected in advance of the procedure.
Please be aware that this facility fee does not include fees for your surgeon, consulting physician, or anesthesiologist.
Joint Commission Accredited
Lake Tahoe Surgery Center (LTSC) is a Joint Commission-accredited, multi-specialty surgery center. To earn and maintain accreditation, LTSC must undergo an on-site survey by a Joint Commission survey team every three years to evaluate the organization and provide performance improvement education.
