Priority Appointment Coordination
From routine visits to specialized care, our nursing team will coordinate all your appointments within the Barton Health system — including primary care, specialists, labs, and imaging. We’ll even personally meet you at your Barton Health appointments when requested.

Seamless Hospital Admissions
If you’re admitted to Barton Memorial Hospital, a 24/7 nurse can greet you and stay with you throughout the admission process. For overnight stays, you’ll enjoy a comfortable, private room — and if you'd like, our nursing team will visit you during your hospital stay to ensure everything is going smoothly.

Emergency Department Support
In a medical emergency, always call 911 first. Afterward, contact us using your dedicated Barton 24/7 phone line. A nurse will be available to meet you at the Barton Memorial Hospital Emergency Department, offering presence and support during a critical time. While they’re not part of the medical care team, they’ll be there to provide comfort and clarity.
