Barton Health provides care to patients in both California and Nevada. In some cases, your insurance plan may not cover services provided outside your home state — even if Barton Health is part of your insurer's network. We recommend checking with your insurance provider before your visit.

Health Share Plans (also called Health Care Sharing Ministries) are not the same as traditional health insurance and do not follow the same rules. Barton Health does not accept or bill Health Share Plans.

If you have an HMO plan, you may need a referral from your primary care provider (PCP) before receiving services. Please review your HMO plan details or contact your provider to understand your coverage.
