Goal Setting & Overcoming Obstacles

Identify something that you want to accomplish and believe in your ability to attain it. Setting goals creates a clear life direction to get closer to what you want. Our mindset determines the energy and actions we take to achieve our goals.

Follow the Three Rules of Goal Setting:

  1. Reflect on what you want for your life and why that is important for you.
  2. Shift behaviors that are in alignment with your values. Sometimes that means releasing habits that don't serve you.
  3. Make a detailed plan of actions and habits that will help support your goals. Think about what could get in your way and how you can overcome these obstacles.
