Appointment Services

Appointment services include individualized sessions that allow for one-on-one consultations to support healing and address emotional, mental and physical health. Scheduling in advance is required.

Health Coaching

Health Coaching is a whole-body approach that supports healing through a process of exploration and personal discovery. A health coach meets cancer patients where they are on their cancer journey - from initial diagnosis through survivorship - to help achieve optimal health by including nutritional coaching, goal setting, and daily habits. Together, cancer patients identify areas to change or improve, and the health coach provides guidance and motivation in creating an achievable action plan to get there. Please call 530.539.6620 to schedule a Health Coaching appointment.
