A health coach meets cancer patients where they are on their cancer journey - from initial diagnosis through survivorship - to help achieve optimal health by including nutritional coaching, goal setting, and daily habits. Together, cancer patients identify areas to change or improve, and the health coach provides guidance and motivation in creating an achievable action plan to get there.
